For the past several years Ubisoft has made a concerted effort to make sure that each game they release is better for accessibility than the last—not only in a single franchise, but across several of its IP. I did consult with Ubisoft on this game, but it’s the amazing team at Ubisoft who made this game as accessible as it is.
Far Cry 6 is not only the most accessible game in the Far Cry franchise, it’s the most accessible Ubisoft game to date. It has a variety of customizable settings to allow the player to cater their experience to fit their needs across multiple disability spectrums.
What makes Far Cry 6 wonderful, however, is that with all of the accessibility settings built into the game, it’s a ton of fun to play. If there is one open world game you want to get into, it’s this one. Take the trip to Yara and help the Guerilla’s takedown a dictatorial regime!
Oh, and make sure you pet the cutest disabled weiner dog, Chorizo, while you’re at it. Trust me on this one.
